Exhausting day today. Started off the day looking at houses, which seemed fruitful, with glitches. We toured an elementary school, drove out to Santa Paula, ate dinner in Ventura, drove up the beach and even did some grocery shopping. I think we made some progress in the house hunting, but its not as clear cut as I thought it would be. I do love the area more than I thought I would. What's not to love about citrus groves, strawberry fields, blueberries, cabbages, avacados, the list goes on and on.
I miss my Lily and Peter though... I am getting very homesick away from them...especially with all the changes on the horizon.
Yet on the other hand I don't want to leave all of this for the next two months. That's how much I love it.
