Popovich's Base Builder Week Two

Thursday
3.4 miles/Parker's Lake w/Baby Jogger & Mike

Total miles: 3.4 miles
Average Heartrate:150-165
Average Pace: Not enough.
Nutrition: Getting better
Notes: So last week wasn't that great, but this week will be better. It was a busy week at work for Mike and I, so the running suffered. I went to watch Mike and Matt run on Saturday at the Run the Valley run and we had a Dick Enrico sighting on 394. It's a little inside joke... A man in that shape should not be the face of his exercise equipment store/commercials. Matt actually got a paparazzi picture of him walking around Lake Calhoun last year. It was stalkerish.

Other than running, Mike found a mouse in our garage this week. It has got me super paranoid about every goldfish cracker I put in the stroller. The mystery is not only why it was in the garage, but why it was dead. I think it might have starved to dead. Or, can mice die of salmonella? Because I think it drank some bad milk. Just a thought. But usually I walk barefoot in my garage all of the time, but not anymore.

Welp, back to cleaning closets. I have been totally digging the weather, but business is business and business must grow, in spite of crummies in tummies you know.

Oh, and in case I haven't told you yet. Peter is finally the age Lily was when he was born. AND, we have been in this house for 5 years now.

Seacrest out.
