Bean Burrito
1/2 cup of Black Beans (canned)
1 tbsp salsa
2 ounces of Cheddar Cheese
2 tsp canola oil
1 whole wheat tortilla
Mix and place in the center of the tortilla, stick in the microwave for 90 seconds, and roll like a burrito.
I made this for the first time tonight and am in heaven.
