I brought Lily to the chiropractor for the first time today! I love the doctor we are going to see. She was so great with Lily. It turned out the Lily's nerves in her upper neck were severely blocked, possibly causing her ear infections. It was amazing how little it took to adjust Lily, I could barely even tell she was doing anything. She also recommend some garlic ear drops, which can clear up an ear infection before it begins. I'm just happy that I found a way to prevent ear infections.
I also got adjusted today. This doctor specializes in obstetric and childhood chiropractics, so I am real comfortable with her. It turns out that she actually had 2 Bradley births and knows all about natural births!!! She told me that she gain 70 lbs with each of her kids and she is a toothpick!!! It made me feel better about gaining 60 lbs. Anyhow, she recommended that I take a calcium/magnesuim supplement to fend off the gestational diabetes. It's amazing what a little natural medicine can do. She also adjusted my wrists, hips, and neck for me. I love the feeling of being completely in line.
